One of our returning students appears greyed out in iDeaL, what does this mean?

If a student's name is greyed out on the Manage Users page the student has been suspended.


Please let us know the students' name, NSN and class group by submitting a Helpdesk ticket.  We'll unsuspend the student and allocate them to their class group for you.
