            One of our returning students appears greyed out in iDeaL, what does this mean?

            If a student's name is greyed out, this means that the student has been suspended (or arhived) in iDeaL. 


            Please email the students' name, NSN and class group to idealsupport@learningmatters.co.nz so we can unsuspend them for you.
