Why is a different teacher showing as the class teacher on my Student or Class Reports?

This usually occurs when more than one teacher is allocated to the class group. iDeaL can't establish which is the correct teacher, so it randomly selects one to display. 

• If you're the only teacher, remove the others from being allocated to the group. 
• If you share the class but want your name to appear on reports, temporarily remove the other teacher/s from the group before printing the reports.  Remember to reallocate them afterwards.
