Why does my group report graph show two bars for the same term?

If your group report shows two bars for the same term, it usually means that some students were assessed using the ‘B’ assessment while others were assessed using the ‘A’ assessments. 

To identify who are the effected students, each student’s Markbook needs to be checked to see which assessment was used. Generating group or year level graph and csv reports can help identify which groups have a mix of ‘A’ and ‘B’ assessments. 

We recommend schools develop a school-wide assessment schedule, so teachers know when to use the A or B assessments.
