I'm attempting to add a student, but I keep receiving an error stating that the NSN is already in use. Could you please advise me on how to resolve this?

The student is likely still linked with their previous iDeaL school, which is why the NSN is in use. This is something our team will need to rectify for you. 


Please email the student’s name, NSN, and their class group to  idealsupport@learningmatters.co.nz, and we’ll see if we have the appropriate permissions to transfer them to your school.
