I'm attempting to add a student, but I keep receiving an error stating that the NSN is already in use. Could you please advise me on how to resolve this?

The student is likely already in iDeaL and still associated with their previous school. 


Let us know student’s name, NSN, and their class group by submitting a Helpdesk ticket. We’ll see if we have the appropriate permissions to transfer them to your school.
