I accidentally deleted a student, and now I can't re-add them, iDeaL says the NSN is already in use. How can I fix this?

Clicking the Trash Can icon on the Manage Users page removes the student from your school, but they remain active at site level in iDeaL.

Let us know the student’s name, NSN, and class group name by submitting a Helpdesk ticket and we'll transfer them back to your iDeaL school.
