I accidentally deleted a student, and now I can't re-add them, iDeaL says the NSN is already in use. How can I fix this?

Clicking the Trash Can icon on the Manage Users page removes the student from your school, but they remain active at site level in iDeaL. 


To have them transferred back to your school, please email the student’s name, NSN, and group name to idealsupport@learningmatters.co.nz.
