The evidence documents required for submission with all three Practicum Observation videos are listed on page 4 of the LMIT Practicum Assessment Guidelines, which can be found in the Practicum Assessment tile in your LMIT course.
These required documents are also displayed when you upload your submission to the relevant assessment dropbox. Please use this list as a checklist to ensure all required files are uploaded before submitting your assessment.
