My student's name is spelt incorrectly in iDeaL. How can I update or correct it?

If your iDeaL account is linked to your Student Management System (SMS), please update the student’s name in your SMS. The change will automatically appear in iDeaL overnight.


If your account isn’t linked to an SMS, your school’s iDeaL admin can update the student’s details. 


Just go to Manage Users, click the pencil icon next to the student’s name, and update the form. 


Alternatively, you can email the correct details to: idealadmin@learningmatters.co.nz.
