Help! I always forget where to find this Helpdesk feature when I need assistance. Is there a way to 'save to favourites' in iDeaL?

There is no 'save to favourites' function in iDeaL.

However, while the Helpdesk Support feature is located in the iDeaL Startup area, there is a link to this on every page in iDeaL. When you need help, just scroll to the footer at the bottom of any page and click on the 'iDeaL Support - Schools' link. The Helpdesk feature will open in a new tab for you to search articles or submit a ticket.
