Help! I always forget where to find this Helpdesk feature when I need assistance. Is there a way to 'save to favourites' in iDeaL?

There is no 'save to favourites' function in iDeaL.

However, while the Helpdesk Support feature is located in the iDeaL Start-Up area, there is a link to this on every page in iDeaL. When you need help, just scroll to the footer at the bottom of any page and click on the 'iDeaL Support - Specialists' link. The Helpdesk feature will open in a new tab for you to search articles or submit a ticket.
