I can see my students, but I am unable to select them when entering data in the Assessment Markbook. What could be causing this?

If you only have access to built-in laptop trackpads you will need to double-click the student's name from the drop-down list. 


We recommend using an external mouse in the Assessments area, this usually solves the issue.


If you continue to experience issues, please submit a Helpdesk ticket and include screenshots/snips showing what is occurring for you.
