A webinar won’t play all the way through, but I have no problems with others. Is there something wrong with the video?

It’s unlikely that there is an issue with the video itself, especially if other webinars are playing correctly. This is usually related to your browser or device. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:


•    Ensure you’re using an up-to-date version of Google Chrome as your browser

•    Clear your browser cache and cookies

•    Restart your computer, making sure any required system updates are installed


Once you’ve completed these steps, try playing the webinar again. If the problem persists, please raise a Helpdesk ticket with details of the webinar and the device you’re using.
