I’ve completed the Check for Understanding activity but it’s not ticking off as complete.

This can occur if the activity attempt wasn’t fully closed. Please try the following:

  1. Go back into the Check for Understanding activity
  2. Start a new attempt
  3. Make sure you click the ‘Exit Activity’ button to fully close and submit your attempt.


If the activity still doesn’t mark as complete after doing this, please raise a Helpdesk ticket and include details of which Check for Understanding activity you’re having trouble with.
