I am trying to open your webinars but they aren’t working. What should I do?

This is usually related to your browser or device. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Ensure you’re using an up-to-date version of Google Chrome as your browser
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Restart your computer, making sure any required system updates are installed

Once you’ve completed these steps, try playing the webinar again. If the problem persists, please raise a Helpdesk ticket with details of the webinar and the device you’re using.
